Welcome to SelectHome Towson Landscaping. By accessing our website at www.towsonlandscaping.com or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

SelectHome Towson Landscaping provides professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price adjustments before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large projects. Late payments may be subject to a monthly service charge of 1.5% or the maximum allowed by law.

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that all utilities are properly marked before work begins. Any delays caused by lack of access or unmarked utilities may result in additional charges.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee. For ongoing maintenance contracts, 30 days written notice is required for cancellation.

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for services not rendered or completed. No refunds will be issued for completed work that meets our quality standards, even if you change your mind about the design or installation.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and materials. Plant materials are guaranteed for 30 days from installation when proper care instructions are followed. Hardscaping work is guaranteed for one year against defects in workmanship. Natural settling, weather events, and improper maintenance are not covered under warranty.

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our website content or the content of any sites linked to our website.

Limitation of Liability

SelectHome Towson Landscaping shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles not properly marked before work begins. You agree to contact Miss Utility or similar services to mark underground lines before we start any excavation work.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring our services, you grant us permission to access your property during agreed-upon work hours. You are responsible for securing pets and notifying us of any hazards on your property. We reserve the right to refuse to work in unsafe conditions.

You agree to keep children and pets away from work areas for their safety. We are not liable for injuries that occur when safety instructions are not followed.

Intellectual Property

All landscape designs, plans, and website content created by SelectHome Towson Landscaping remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other projects without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maryland.
